The Koski Family Limited Partnership became a 10% owner of the Company as a result of a private placement that occurred on 6/29/2009; no securities were beneficially owned prior to the transaction. Beverly Koski, Christine L. Koski, Robert C. Koski and Thomas L. Koski are each a general partner of the partnership or the controlling person of a corporate general partner of the partnership.
