Accounts Payable and Accrued Expenses	Note 4. Accounts Payable and Accrued Expenses Accounts payable and accrued expenses totaled $1.8 million as of June 30, 2026, compared to $1.6 million as of December 31, 2025. The increase was primarily attributable to the timing of vendor invoicing and payments and higher accrued research and development expenses related to ongoing ONP-002 program activities during the quarter. These liabilities consist primarily of accounts payable to research and development vendors, payroll and benefits accruals, professional service fees, and other general corporate obligations.
