Oragenics Announces Approval of Common Stock Listing on NYSE MKT

TAMPA, Fla.-- Oragenics, Inc. (OTCBB: OGEN) (the “Company”) announced today that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE Euronext's NYSE MKT. Trading is expected to commence on the NYSE MKT on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 under the ticker symbol ‘OGEN’.
