9. Subsequent Event In April 2014, the Chief Executive Officer and sole owner of LPThera LLC, Al Fosmoe became an employee of Oragenics. Mr. Fosmoe was previously a consultant to the Company. In December 2013, we entered into an exclusive licensing agreement for our LPT3-04 weight-loss product candidate with LPThera LLC for further development of this technology. |
